This year, EAC participants get a convention pass 🎫 , to which they optionally can add an accomodation option ✔️ .

🎫 Convention Pass : 394 €

Includes: 7 days and 6 nights at the venue, all training with swag teachers, jams, full-board buffet +water+snacks, exclusive pool access, common bathroom & shower, locker key, 2 cultural half-day trips in Cairo, souvenir t-shirt and bag, and free choice of camping area (with your own equipment).

Add an accomodation if you want to travel light!

✔️ Option 1) Glamping tent: for 1 pers. +96 € / for 2 pers. +152€

Adds: 6 nights rental of a tent equipped with spring mattress bed, pillow, bedsheets and duvet.

✔️ Option 2) Triple Bedroom: +141 € / pers

Adds: 6 nights in a triple bedroom equipped with en-suite bathroom and A/C (King size bed + individual bed)

✔️ Option 3) Double Bedroom: +195€ / pers

Adds: 6 nights in a double bedroom equipped with en-suite bathroom and A/C (King size bed)

🗓️ Late Bird Convention Pass: 419€ / pers. (payments after the 20/08/2024).
