The Venue
TRAINING SPACE
Every year we build up a shading structure for the convention and add 400 m² of puzzle mats under it so we have enough space to train and jam. The space is lighted at night so you can go crazy if you want to.
For ensuring you have enough energy we equip the training space with water stations and provide for snacks between workshops.
The two safety lines we install ensure your safety when you want to try new more advance tricks.
POOL & CHILL AREA
In the middle of our venue we have a big swimming pool surrounded by lots of idyllic flat lawn areas where you can chill and enjoy the nice weather and company.
For the acro addicts we nevertheless also have SUPs in the pool which you can play on whenever you want.
FOOD
The on-site restaurant with its super friendly kitchen crew pampers us with delicious typical local meals three times a day. All meals & snacks are included in the ticket price.
We start our day with a typical Egyptian breakfast, featuring traditional flavors and local seasonal fruits. For lunch and dinner, we enjoy a warm buffet showcasing a variety of local dishes. From the iconic koshary to the comforting molokheya and mousakka, our menu reflects the rich culinary heritage of Egypt.
Each meal ensures enough options for everyone, from vegans to omnitarians.
Note: Remember to share with us any intolerances in the registration form so we can happily take care of alternatives.
ACCOMODATION
We have a different accommodation options:
Limited triple & double rooms with a private bathroom
Glamping: For participants that want to camp without carrying all their gear, we prepare tents with proper med mattresses, pillows & bed covers.
Normal Camping: Bringing your own camping gear and using our shared showers & bathrooms is included in the basic ticket price.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
Our venue is right at the edge of the desert with sand dunes that have a view on the Giza Pyramids to one side and the Sakkara Pyramids on the other side.
For an additional special experience you can book a horse ride or quad bike ride to the dunes for sunrise or sunset at the reception.

The ride from the Airport to the EAC, in the Sakkara Country Club, takes about 1 hour and costs no more than 20€/ride.
Take a taxi/Uber/Careem cab outside the terminal rather than inside
ask the driver to use the taximeter, expect to pay 300 to 400egp
